Shipping policy

All orders are shipped out within 3-5 working days from our warehouse in Singapore/Malaysia and you will receive your tracking details right away.

• Orders will only be processed and shipped out to the shipping address within 72 hours of receiving the full payment. Personalized orders will be processed within 1- 4 working days. You will receive a notification email with details on how to track your parcel. Parcels will usually arrive in 2 - 3 business days (barring any unforeseen circumstances). 
• There may be some delay in orders placed during new collection releases, sale periods, and festive seasons and we hope to have your understanding. If you require your items sooner such as going to give birth or during your confinement, please contact us at info@bmama.com.my or +6010-226 7138 (Whatsapp), and we will do our best to assist you.
